Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

We currently ship to:

  • United States

(International shipping can be added later if you choose.)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier system.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

She Healz Integrative Healing Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, She Healz Integrative Healing Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package shows as “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can properly assist you.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
